I see documentary photography as a way of communicating messages to the world that go far beyond ordinary representations of information. This is a possibility to address society through the prism of historical events.
I aim at not only imprinting a moment in history, but also at capturing and reflecting through photography the current social mood as it is. My aim is to take a caption when the participants are not aware that they are being followed by the camera. I don't like set or rehearsed photography. Captions of present moment are an instrument for critical comprehension of current social issues.
